HESI was established in 1991 by Chris Wiedenmann and Rick Spring. HESI has since grown into one of the biggest Systems Integration Companies in Oklahoma.
HESI’s history began while Chris and Rick were both working for the same large shipping company. They had a dream to open an audio and video business together to provide customers with the best quality electronic equipment at the most affordable price,
Rick and Chris started their business in Rick’s home office with one other employee and with one company vehicle. After many years of devoted efforts and hard work from Chris and Rick, HESI has developed into a 3000 sq. ft. frontage office location with a $100,000.00 modern and up to date showroom with all of the latest and finest equipment while employing 23 full time employees.
HESI are proud members of the OKBFAA (Oklahoma Fire & Burglar Alarm Association), COHBA (the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association) and CEDIA (Custom Electronic & Design Installation Association).

Jim McNulty
Alarm Division Services Manager
Jim McNulty currently holds the title of Alarm Division Service Manager. Jim is also the Lead Technician for the Alarm Division and is a Licensed Burglar Alarm and Commercial Fire Technician, as well as a Licensed Access Control and CCTV Manager. Jim is the Customer Service Representative for the Alarm Division and oversees the service scheduling. Jim has been with H.E.S.I. since 2003.

Daniel Ellis
Audio Division Operations Manager
Daniel Ellis began working at H.E.S.I. in 2001 and is currently the Audio Division Operations Manager and is the Customer Service Representative for the Audio Division. He is responsible for the Audio Tech training and oversees the scheduling of the Audio Division as well as the Supervision over the Audio Installations. Daniel is also a Licensed Burglar, Access Control and CCTV Technician.

D.J. Schue has been with H.E.S.I. since 2004 and is currently the Commercial Fire Project Manager. D.J. is responsible for the Fire Alarm proposals, scheduling, and installation. D.J. is a Licensed Burglar & Commercial Fire Technician as well as a Licensed Access Control and CCTV Technician.
